Can you explain your pricing plan?

Our pricing plan is designed to scale as your organization grows. Whether you are an organization that is just starting or have been around for a while, our plans meet you right where you are at. All of our pricing plans are based upon the number of contacts that you have in DonorRise.

Are all the features included in each pricing plan?

Yes.

What is the credit card processing fee?

WePay is our our payment processor and the fee they charge nonprofits is 2.9% + $0.30 per donation.

What is domain masking?

Domain masking hides DonorRise.com from the url and replaces it with a branded name. For example, instead of donors seeing http://www.DonorRise.com/LifeSystems, you could make the domain http://give.LifeSystems.org.

How do I receive money into my bank account?

After you receive donations on DonorRise, to receive direct deposits into your bank account, you will need to link your bank account to your WePay account. You do this by signing into WePay, clicking the Settings tab (gear icon) in the top right, and navigating to Trust Center and Withdrawals.

Is there any training for using DonorRise?

Yes. When you sign into DonorRise, there is a training section where you can watch numerous videos about how to use DonorRise.
